About This Game

What is Dunk Buddy?

Dunk Buddy is a bouncy free basketball game for kids where every shot is a little physics adventure. Press the ball, drag to draw your aim line, and let go to flick it toward the hoop.

The hoop slides left and right, faster as your score grows, so every flick is a tiny timing puzzle. Swish! The net ripples, the crowd (of clouds) goes wild, and the ball rolls back for another shot.

Sixty seconds of swish

Each round lasts exactly one minute — perfect for quick play. Missed shots bounce off the rim and roll away, but there is no penalty: the ball always comes back, and the next flick is always a fresh chance.

Your best score is saved, and because the hoop speeds up as you score, every personal record is a genuine achievement of aim and timing.

What's new in this version

  • Flick-to-shoot physics with a dashed aim line
  • A hoop that slides and speeds up as you score
  • Sixty-second rounds — perfect bite-size play
  • Saved best score for endless rematches

Tips for Players

A longer drag means a stronger shot — small drags for gentle arcs.

Aim where the hoop is going, not where it is.

Shots off the rim still count if they drop in — bank shots are your friend.

Find a flick you can repeat, then adjust for the hoop's speed.

Controls

  • Press the ball, drag, release to flick

Accessibility note

The aim line clearly shows shot direction and strength, the ball is a large grab target, and misses have no penalty or harsh sounds. One-minute rounds end gently with a score summary.
